Coaching is about discovering who you truly are, what makes you…you, becoming aware of your strengths and self imposed limitations, and ultimately making the choice to create conscious change. The coach’s job is to help you on this journey of discovery, awareness and choice…to hold you capable and accountable to living your values and championing you through to Living your Dreams.

The four cornerstones of Co-Active Coaching are:

The client is naturally creative, resourceful and whole – nothing is wrong or broken. There is no need to ‘fix’ the client.
The whole life of the client is addressed (physical environment, Career, Money, Health, Friends and Family, Significant Other/Romance, Personal Growth, Fun and Recreation)
The agenda comes from the client
The relationship is designed between coach and client

The focus of coaching is on what the client wants. People generally come to coaching because they are looking for something; perhaps a change, something different or because they have an important goal they would like to achieve. There are as many different reasons people come to coaching as there are people.

Sometimes people want more from life – more balance, more peace, more structure. And sometimes they want less – less stress, less confusion, less conflict. It generally boils down to wanting a better quality of life…more fulfillment, more balance and a more effective way of doing things. Whatever the reason, it begins with the client.
